I've written a draft for the blurbs that I will be using to incorporate into my re-designed book covers. I will be asking my supervisor for some feedback on them.

Below are my planning and draft for the blurbs. After analysing some YA dystopian fiction blurbs, I wrote down the key things that they include in them which are: The main character, the Dystopian world, and main conflict happening within the characters world. I tried to create intrigue to the blurbs by not revealing too much about the plot and using words to make the narrative of the novel sound exciting. Also, I highlighted any romance happening in the books as this seems to be a focus and a trend happening in YA novels, which means that YA audience must be interested in a romantic sub-plot. However, to further validate this point I will be conducting another survey soon about what my target audience thinks about my blurb. I will conduct this research after I get feedback from my supervisor.
