#1 Research 'How has Classic Literature from the 18th century influenced our pop culture today?'
Strenghts:
Literature is something that I'm passionate about.
As an avid social media user, I'm always exposed to pop culture.
Weaknesses:
I might not have enough information to discuss this topic.
Commitements outside and during college may make it harder for me be successful in this project.
Oppurtunities:
Develop my skills such as research and time management which will be helpul in preparing me for university.
It will help me in expanding my knowledge of Classic Literature.
Threats:
There is not a lot of articles or books that I can use to research this topic and information will be a lot harder to find.

#2 Design my own clothing line
Strenghts:
I know how to use a sewing machine and I've had experience with making clothes.
It lets me use my creativity, which is my strenght, by designing clothes.
Weaknesses:
The clothes might end up ill fitting/not how I want them to look like.
It may become very expensive (i.e. buying a sewing machine, fabric, getting materials, screen printing, etc...)
I might not have enough time to finish making a whole collection. Sewing takes up a lot of time, if something goes wrong I will have to unpick the stitching and do it all over again.
Oppurtunities:
Develop my design and practical skills such as sewing, sketching, and other textiles related skills.
Allows me to do something that I am passionate about and to create something that people can use everyday.
Threats:
There is a lack of fabric shops in woking that offers a range of materials and fabric prints. This will be harder and more expensive for me to source the materials that I want as I also have to pay for travel expenses. Most fabric shops that offers a range of affordable fabrics are in London, the travel will take up too much time and is not practical.

#3 Re-design book covers that will appeal to Young Adult (YA) readers
Strenghts:
It allows me to work with two things that I'm passionate about: Literature and Art and Design.
It allows me to use my creativity.
Graphic Design is a course that I'm really interested in doing at university and this project idea goes well with it.
Weaknesses:
Commitments outside and during college may threaten my success on this project.
All of my A-level subjects invovles coursework, most of them are practical based which will take up a lot of my time.
Oppurtunities:
It will allow me to develop my design skills and prepare me for what I want to do in University.
It combines the two things that I am passionate about!
Widen my skills and the mediums that I use in art and design.
Allows me to create something that (hopefully) will make people read books out of their comfort zone.
Threats:
The topic is too broad- I will need to narrow my book choice by choosing a specific genre from a specific time period.
